The Blue Derby Pods Ride menu has been designed by local chef – Daniel Alps and his team at Alps and Amici. Wherever possible, the produce you’ll enjoy is sourced locally, featuring seasonal ingredients of exceptional quality. When Scottsdale’s potatoes are in season, they’re on the menu. When the local berry farms are in full swing, berries get incorporates into the menu. This keeps everything fresh, propagates innovation and keeps everyone salivating over what’s being served year round.
There’s definitely value in teaming exquisite food with exceptional beverages, and as such you’ll experience a sommelier-developed wine and beer list for you to enjoy. Currently on offer is a delicious selection of craft beer from Little Rivers Brewing Co. and an exquisite Tasmanian selection of Brown Brothers wine.
