Covid-19 - Our Response and The Plan Forward

As can be expected, Covid-19 has had a marked impact the tourism industry here in Tasmania. We are sad we had to cut our 2019 season short, but also excited to bring our Experiences back to all those ready and raring to explore the iconic Blue Derby Mountain Bike trails again when the time is right.

As travel restrictions start to slowly lift, here is our plan forward:

• Covid-19 safe workplace - We feel fortunate that our offering, as small, private groups does lend itself nicely to operating in a Covid-19 safe environment. Even still, you can be assured we are working to make our Experiences as Covid-19 safe as possible for our guests and team members.
• Business as usual - As travel restrictions lift, we will be starting to run our Experiences as soon as possible. At the moment, we are again taking bookings from September 2020 onwards and are thoroughly looking forward to those trips already booked in.
• Tasmanians - As an addition to our Experiences, we are offering Tasmanians the opportunity to use our Pods as 'accommodation only' on select weekends, as of 5 June 2020. We have always wanted to find a way to reward Tasmanians for being such amazing supporters of our business, and we feel offering accommodation only at this time is wonderful way of doing this, as well as providing another revenue stream for us over our low season.

Thank you... For your support, both past and future. Covid-19 has brought a new world to all of us, and we are well and truly only at the start of discovering what this looks like. We do however know finding time in nature is more important than ever and we are so grateful to be part of that solution for our guests.
