Based on the structure of our Iconic 3-Day Experience, this unique Experience focuses on riding, yoga, meditation and an opportunity for you to reflect and plan a life where you can find moments of 'flow' more regularly.

This Deep Flow Experience is ideal if you:

• Have never experienced a deep state of flow;
• Struggle with anxiety and this limits your performance riding, in sport, or life in general;
• Love adventure but also love being centred and grounded in nature, and/or;
• Love yoga and mountain biking.

Your Deep Flow Experience includes:

• Unique 'Deep Flow' Experience:
  • 1 x Floating Sauna session.
  • Daily guided yoga and breath session on the deck.
  • Daily Yoga nidra
  • Evening meditation and ‘yoga lifestyle’ sessions focused on how we bring yoga, mindfulness and flow to everyday activities
