Wellness Experience
Riding, Relaxation & Flow
Based on the structure of our Iconic 3-Day Experience, this unique Experience focuses on riding, relaxation and an opportunity for you to plan a life where you can find moments of 'flow' more regularly.
We are delighted to have the inspirational Sara Redman and Tara Howell (Director of Blue Derby Pods Ride) join us on day 2 of this Experience for our facilitated Wellbeing and Flow session. Learn more about Sara Redman here.

- Unique 'Wellness' riding Experience.
- 1 x facilitated and practical 'how to create more flow moments in every-day life' lunch-time session with Sara Redman and Tara Howell.
- 1 x Floating Sauna session.
